Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.

For Partial COD orders, the advance amount paid during checkout is non-refundable. However, if the order is cancelled before dispatch, the advance amount will be refunded.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return or exchange is available only for selected products. The return eligibility for each product will be mentioned on the product page.
2. If pickup service is not available at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our address.
3. Return or exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.
4. Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Important Notes for Returns

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The item must have original packaging and tags intact. Products without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized or specially ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page.
• A clear unboxing video of the package is required to claim any return, damage, or missing item request. Without an unboxing video, the request may not be accepted.
